The cottage is great; the amazing view and the seating area with a grill right by the cottage give the whole stay a completely different dimension. Because of the access road I recommend a car with higher ground clearance (ideally an SUV). (translation)

An amazing and, above all, peaceful place. It absolutely met our expectations. Evenings by the grill or the fire pit are flawless. Mr Hofbauer is a very easy-going owner. A superbly located starting point for trips — just a 5-10 minute drive and you are on the main hiking trails. Swimming in the reservoir was great. Five stars from us (translation)

The cottage is located in a quiet part of Krpáčovo with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The equipment of the cottage is absolutely fine; we spent the holiday with our two-year-old son and have nothing to complain about. We enjoyed the holiday very much and hope to return again some day. cs: Chata je umístěná v klidné části obce Krpáčovo s nádherným výhledem na okolní hory. Vybavení chaty je naprosto v pořádku, dovolenou jsme absolvovali s dvouletým synem a nemáme nic co bychom vytkli. Dovolená se nám moc líbila a doufáme, že se zase někdy vrátíme.

We and the kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage... Access to the cottage is fine — but it is the woods, do not expect asphalt the whole way... The cottage is nice and clean... The kitchen was very well equipped. I do not think we have anything to complain about... The owner is a very kind man... I definitely recommend a stay at this cottage... (translation)

I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants to rest close to beautiful nature. A lovely view from the balcony. The cottage is cosy — maybe not too big, but big enough for a few people on holiday. Our stay at your cottage was simply great. We had our three grandchildren with us and they enjoyed it too. Beautiful surroundings, swimming, walks, hikes — so I can easily recommend it for children as well. From me, a clear 10 stars. I usually have trouble sleeping, but there we all snored away — I am surprised the cottage is still standing. There are other cottages around, but we did not even notice anyone was there. Peace and quiet — great for us. (translation)
cs: Naš pobyt na vaší chatě prostě super. Měli jsme sebou 3 vnoučata i ty si to užívaly. Krasne prostředí, koupaní, prochazky, tury, proto klidně doporučuji i děti. U mne klidně 10 hvězdiček. Mam problem se spaním tam jsme řezali všichni se divím, že chata ještě stojí. V okolí jsou chaty, ale ani jsme nevěděli, že tam někdo je. Klid a ticho za nas super.

We spent a week at the cottage in Krpáčovo to our complete satisfaction. The setting of the cottage in nature is very nice, with plenty of privacy and a beautiful view. The cottage is purposefully, practically and pleasantly equipped, and the option of sitting outside by the grill under a covered shelter is very enjoyable too. Booking the dates went very fairly and precisely; the owner is thorough and punctual and cares about the satisfaction of his guests. (translation)
cs: Absolvovali jsme týdenní pobyt na chatě v Krpáčovom ke vší spokojenosti. Umístění chaty v přírodě je velmi pěkné, s dostatkem soukromí i krásným výhledem. Vybavení chaty je účelné, pratické a příjemné, velmi příjemná je i možnost venkovního posezení u grilu v krytém přístřešku. Rezervace termínu probíhala velmi korektně a přesně, majiteľ chaty je pečlivý a přesný a dbá na spokojenost hostů.

This was our third year staying at the Krpáčovo cottage, and we are already looking forward to our stay in 2014. The location of the cottage is amazing — guests seeking peace and the charm of magnificent nature will find just what they are after. After a weekend spent at this cottage, I can only recommend it. A nice cottage at a good price, well-kept grounds, secluded from the neighbouring cottages, with an outdoor fire pit and a fireplace both inside and in the outdoor gazebo, and a pleasant owner... exactly what we were looking for, we were completely satisfied. The nature and hiking opportunities in the area only add to the positive impression. (translation)

The cottage is comfortable and perfectly equipped. What we appreciated most, though, was the quiet location at the end of the cottage settlement with a beautiful view. It is a good idea to bring at least some basic groceries with you to start with, as the shops were a bit further away (summer 2012). (translation)
